The consultants at AIReS are available to our clients for real time support 24x7, 365 days a year. We provide this support service through several channels, including our Global Eye® Support Center.

During normal business hours, the relocation professionals at AIReS are committed to responding to all phone calls and emails within the same day of receipt, time zone permitting. Our consultants provide transferees with their afterhours contact information to ensure they are available to assist with any emergency that may arise. Your transferees will be encouraged to contact them for information and support at any time throughout the relocation process, including weekends and evenings.

AIReS' 24x7 Global Eye® Support Center is located in Pittsburgh, PA, and is staffed by our fully-trained Relocation Specialists who can answer any questions or concerns a transferee or other employee may have, at any hour of the day or night. Additionally, all senior managers are available via mobile phone around the clock.
