AIReS coordinates cost of living data comparisons through Economic Research Institute (ERI), as well as a number of client-directed resources such as Mercer, AIRINC, and others. In order to maintain consistent management of differential program allowances among transferee and assignee populations, we do recommend that clients consult with a Cost of Living Data Provider and review that data methodology on a regular basis.
We also forecast relocation and assignment costs, either in conjunction with cost of living information or as a standalone product, which takes the transferee's specific details into consideration and provides a more accurate assessment of the budget required to accomplish the relocation or assignment.
